1. General Policy: All Sales Final To ensure the health and safety of all our furry customers (KIDs), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference. This strict policy is in place to prevent the risk of cross-contamination and the spread of infectious diseases or parasites.
2. The Only Exception: Defective or Soiled Items We stand behind the quality of our Japanese fabrics and craftsmanship. You are eligible for a return or replacement ONLY under the following circumstances:

The item arrived damaged or defective (e.g., broken snaps, torn fabric).

The item arrived soiled or stained.

You received the wrong item (incorrect size/color/style sent by us).
3. 7-Day Reporting Window If you believe you have received a defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

How to report: Please email us at info@kidcore.world with your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect or issue.

Deadline: Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
4. Return Process for Approved Defects Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

We will provide instructions on how to return the defective item.

The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached (including the tear-away label, if not yet removed).

Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement free of charge.
5. Refund Timeline If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
